Retail.
For nearly 80 years, Baltona has been accompanying travelers. Initially, these were shops exclusively for sailors, which over time evolved into public shops located at airports and border crossings. Today, Baltona operates public and duty-free shops, as well as food and beverage outlets at airports in Poland and Europe, providing passengers with products from world-renowned brands.
We have our shops and outlets in 9 cities in Poland and 2 abroad.
Operating in the dynamic environment of airports, we must constantly adapt our offer to customer expectations. Given the diverse customer profile and to better understand their needs, our shops have been categorized based on the assortment offered.

Selected brands, specifically for shops located at airports, offer products with packaging or volumes designed with travelers in mind. Marked as "ONLY IN DUTY FREE" or "ONLY AT THE AIRPORTS", they are available exclusively at selected airports. These promotions most often apply to alcohol, tobacco, and sweets.
In our shops, you should also look out for "TRAVEL EXCLUSIVE" labels, which appear on cosmetics and perfumes. This slogan usually hides an exceptionally good price deal on so-called duo packs, where 2 products can be bought for the price of one, or travel sets – miniature perfumes and cosmetics sets at attractive prices.
Shipchandling.
Baltona Shipchandlers – the iconic Baltona brand, which started the operations and history of the Baltona Group, was established to supply ships with food, industrial, hotel and catering, and technical goods from both domestic and foreign manufacturers.
