Baltona Aviamore water bottles are made of 100% r-PET, which means we do not use virgin raw materials. This is a real reduction in the carbon footprint and support for the circular economy.
In our restaurants, we are testing plastic-free packaging – sugarcane cups and lids, fully biodegradable and compostable.
Waste as a raw material.
- Used cooking oils from our restaurants are processed into biofuels and industrial products.
- Plastic waste goes to certified recyclers – we hold Recycling Confirmation Documents (DPR).
- In 2024, we also implemented the recycling of wooden packaging (pallets, crates).
- Bio and bone-meat waste goes to specialized composting facilities.
Responsibility also after sales.
Baltona has joined the Polish deposit return system as an entity introducing beverages in PET bottles. Although most of our products leave Poland with travelers, we take responsibility for the entire life cycle of the packaging – including after its use. This is part of our educational mission and building a recycling culture among customers from all over the world.

Kilometers that change the climate - Active for forests.
We finance tree planting based on the kilometers covered on foot and by bicycle by our employees. This is an initiative that combines climate protection with care for the health and well-being of the team.
SOCIETY (S)
Wielka Wyprawa Maluchów (The Great Maluch Expedition).
Baltona is actively involved in the "Wielka Wyprawa Maluchów" initiative – the largest charity automotive and social project in Poland, in which classic Fiat 126p cars cover thousands of kilometers to support children injured in road accidents.
Our employees take part in the expedition as participants, volunteers, and fundraising ambassadors, combining their passion for travel with real help for those in need. The collected funds go to organizations providing rehabilitation, medical treatment, and psychological support for children and their families who have suffered in road accidents.
Baltona's participation in the Great Maluch Expedition is an example of how business, employee engagement, and social good can forge a common path – in the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and active citizenship.
Cooperation with the Serce Miasta Foundation.
For years, Baltona has been cooperating with the Serce Miasta (Heart of the City) Foundation, supporting people at risk of social exclusion through professional activation programs and help in returning to the labor market. Together, we show that responsible business is not only about results, but also about a real impact on the lives of people and the communities in which we operate.
Every can is precious.
As part of the "Every Can Counts" program, we collect cans in Baltona offices and exchange them for sports equipment for children as part of the "Balls for Cans" campaign. This is real support for aluminum recycling and the promotion of an active lifestyle.

In order to make business decisions in a transparent, ethical, and compliant manner, and to build lasting relationships with stakeholders — employees, customers, contractors, partners, and communities, we create corporate governance by:
- integrating ESG initiatives with the company's business strategy and appropriately monitoring their implementation,
- implementing the Code of Ethics,
- stakeholder mapping to identify key stakeholders and conduct dialogue with them,
- conducting responsible purchasing practices and taking into account offer evaluation criteria that support the implementation of ESG goals,
