The Foreign Trade Enterprise Baltona S.A. Capital Group is engaged in the sale of goods in duty-free shops, located primarily at airports and border crossings. The Group's retail outlets are mainly located in Poland, as well as in Estonia, Romania, France, Italy, and Ukraine.

The Baltona Group is also engaged in, among other things, supplying diplomatic missions, as well as the crews of ships and vessels moored in Polish seaports (shipchandling operations).

In 2012, the Group expanded its portfolio to include food and beverage operations (the sale of food and beverages in catering outlets and cafes located near or within airports or railway stations) and the sale of goods in the B2B channel.
